Disputing with Transunion - Given the run around

I have written to transunion ITC a few times in regards to outdated accounts still showing on my profile. I have called them in regards to disputing information on my credit profile. They have either ignored me or not lodged the information a few times. They cost me money as they want to you to call after them all the time. Recently had a call with Nompumelelo, who was rude about my queries and new logges. I still have not received a reference number from them for any of the queries. I have disupted stuff since 2016 and they still havent actioned. I am now going to the credit Ombudsman.
