Disputes takes more than a month

The strain I am getting from unresolved issues with transunion. I even regret the day I engaged with them. There's flag in my report of a dispute that I logged more than a month. These times have been had as I have been to buy a car but this flag is messing my credit record they keep on telling that it's on day 18th day. I am not happy with their service. I need help am failing to understand this been calling everyday each of their consultants will tell me a different story. This is stressing me out.
