Disputes dept have still not updated my info

I called your disputes dept in early Jan. The consultant was very unprofessional and I repeated my details many times. Gave me ***-000151-01 and old me my non-existent address details would be updated within 1 week. I have now sent reminders 4 times and have had no single response !!! Do you guys specialise in supplying ********** and incorrect info ???? I am still not in a position to run a simple credit report as you are supplying addresses that don't exist and I never stayed in !!!
