Disputes deductions

On the 24 January 2017. I purchased a one month credit report for R25 using my nedbank credit card online. Now when I check my credit card statement Transunion deducted disputes of additional R25 which then owes me R75. I tried to call them and their call centre did not assist me but keep on transferring me back to switch board. I request refund on the R75 deducted as dispute in my credit card.
