Disputes

I have logged a dispute, provided paid up letter on the day I logged the dispute, am now told that the paperwork was only uploaded against the dispute 2 days later and due to this the "20 day period" gets calculated 3 days later so how does this become my problem, when I submitted on time and can provide emails showing such. Besides that if I have a paid up later and provided such why am I subjected to wait for so long. It's not my fault that the provider didn't update on time. When I called provider they tell me it's the bureau when I call the bureau they tell me it's the provider. In the meanwhile I suffer cos I can't submit any applications while I wait for this to be resolved.
