Dispute taking over a month

I've logged a dispute with regards to discovery listing me as a default payer, the amount was paid in April and i uploaded the proof of payment on Transunions website as they requested a month ago, ive been calling since last week to find out when are they removing the default now im told today is only day 1 of my dispute.
