DISPUTE SUMMARY FEEDBACK - RESOLVED WITH NO FEEDBACK, COMMUNICATION NOR CHANGES

My disputes show resolved but no email sent, no feedback, no changes on credit report which is paid annually just nothing.

Called in, tried live chat and sent from pillar to post "please call our call centre on ***" on the same number I called nogaal! WOW!.
