Dispute Process Suck

I logged a dispute with Transunion on 7 September after they had the incorrect information on my profile. After waiting 21 working days! for one account to be updated the dispute has now been resolved but they have failed to remove the dispute flag. They site 'system issues' that they can 'do nothing' about. if they have system issues why did they update my profile with the dispute having been resolved but failed to remove the flag?
