Dispute pending for more than 4 months

I logged a complaint in September 2015. I received 3x reference numbers. Within a few days, I was required to send documents through. These documents were sent early October 2015 and it was mentioned that the dispute will be sorted within 21 working days.<br> <br> Every time I phone I have to hear that my case has been escalated, yet no one can tell me whereto it has been escalated or who can give me feedback.<br> <br> I have confirmed with my lawyer and confirmation on a rehabilitation certificate takes no more than a phone call and 3 minutes. Yet for the last 3 months Transunion simply says no feedback from court. No one is designated to follow up.<br> <br> How long can this possibly take?<br> <br> I have gone through the whole process of Sequestration and Rehabilitation, yet now my Credit rating is still flagged, simply because Transunion is not performing their part of the contract. This matter is influencing my credibility to buy a car etc which influences my career as well.<br> <br> I need someone who will be able to assist me in solving this matter.
