Dispute over a month. Ridiculous service

I have logged a dispute over s month ago it is not attended to. Its a duplicate of accounts on same vehicle. I can't accurately access my credit profile. This credit bureau needs to be shut down by government the reviews here are horrible. When is my dispute being closed
