Dispute of Incorrect and Prescribed Business Debt Listed on Personal Credit Profile

I am extremely concerned to see that a business account has been incorrectly listed against my personal credit profile. This account belongs to a company and was never in my personal capacity, meaning it should never have been recorded under my name. In addition, the account is prescribed in terms of the National Credit Act, as more than three years have passed without any payment or acknowledgement of debt. This makes the listing not only factually incorrect but also ********, and I demand that it be removed from my profile immediately.
