DISPUTE NOT RESOLVED -ACCOUNTS NOT UPDATE - NO CONTACT FROM TRANSUNION

I have submitted all my Paid up letters to TRANSUNION in January 2021. and received reference numbers, till this day I have not received feedback and my profile has been Flagged which has now hampered with my Promotion process at work as when they process vetting the flag reflects.

I have tried endless times to call and send emails but no response and no one is even answering calls, I am at a point where now HR thinks that I may have something negative at bureau. This is really affecting everything I have tried to be up to date with my accounts
