dispute not lodged after reporting it twice

November 2017 I received my credit report, and I lodged a dispute online attached my id and proof of address and supporting documents but the dispute was not lodged. December I did the same for the same case till today no dispute has ben lodged I tried to call the call center their options has changed getting hold of consultant was difficult until ran out of airtime. why use the online service if the dispute lodged online are not recognized? I would like my dispute to be lodged
