Dispute logged with transunion

I have logged a dispute with Trans union regarding information that was reflecting on my credit report, and I have been following up with them and they just keep telling me it will be resolved and the dispute flag will be removed from my credit report. It's been been about 3 weeks now, following up with them and still no concrete feedback. They just keep on telling me about their head office, and according to their call Centre agents, the flag should have been manually removed by their head office and still hasn't been removed
