Dispute flag not reemoved. So account technically locked

Hi in this time where a credit record is so important during a recession and a pandemic. I decided to log a dispute about a balance on one of my credit cards that was reported incorrectly. I then decided to cancel the dispute seeing that its month end would rather wait to see how they would report it this coming month. The dispute was cancelled on monday and was informed the flag would be removed from my profile by friday. Its still not removed. Guys can we please do our jobs properly . The accounts was re added to my profile again but flag still not removed
