dispute

I had an account with Mapaya investment in October that account was paid up in full,it was an instant loan for 1 month.the account still appears on my IT as arrears whereelse the account was even paid.it has been affecting my ITC profile i did send paid up letter to experian,transunion and compuscan but nothing has been done since October
