Dishonest Transunion

I canceled my monthly debit order only to find that Transunion started billing me again. Disgusted at such dishonesty. I called and spike to Phumi who assumed me that she would personally resolve it but have not heard back from her in weeks. Nobody ever gets back to you, the only thing the call centre does is frustrate you through a rigorous verification process but apart from that they are no help at all @#$%
