Disgusting service with no explanation

2 months ago I app**** to have 2 judgements removed from my name and my credit score immediately dropped by 120 points. Last week Sunday I received another notification from them to say the judgements was removed from my name and upon checking my credit score it dropped a further 100 points. My credit rating is so bad now that i can't even get an account to start building a credit record and after numerous of telephone calls not one consultant can explain why my score has dropped so drastically by 200 points. I have called numerous of times and because they can't give me an explanation I either get transferred into infinity or get cut off. This is disgusting. You guys are playing with people's lives and don't really seem to care.
