Disgusting service from Transunion

I've been waiting to reset my password and username from the 16 of June 2020, and I and still waiting for the email to reset my profile to access my free credit repor5 from.transunion that's with also sending all my verification documents numer of time. What a low class service from a reputable company. What's the delays TransUnion. Looks like it's a Mickey mouse company. Please help me, I need my credit report. What a disgusting customer service.
