DISGUSTING SERVICE

Very disappointed on the service that Transunion Credit Bureau is giving to its clients ,I have paid my FinChoice account (*** ) in November 2019 ,FinChoice is confirming that they sent an email twice to Transunion to update my account however till now August 2020 the account is still not updated.When you call them the agents are very rude I don't think they take their customers seriously I am VERY DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE ,TERRIBLE.
