Disgusting

There are accounts that are showing they are in arrears and the creditors have told me they sent an email to get it updated turn around time is 20 days i am on the 30th day now and i am furious because its as if we have to pay or know the right people there to get things done. Another one is in adverse the account has been up to date since August has not been updated ever since this one as well the creditor sent emails on 2 occasions asking them to update it still nothing. Still in adverse. I have been begging and calling for my things to be updated because i have paid seems like its a joke. Who regulates this people ? Need to get them on board well.
