DISGUSTING :

I took out a policy last year 2018 with Transunion Credit Bureau . I took the policy for a year and never once did they update me on any movement on my account . Thus as the policy expired , I called in to obtain my free report via email . I never received it . I also told them that I’m not taking out another policy . This morning I get notified through my messages on my cellphone that an amount of R40.35 went off . ? I never gave any consent that any monies go off my account . Perhaps the consultant that I spoke to cannot understand English or they’re desperate for business! But who gives them the RIGHT to take from a person without consent ? It’s basically *****ing ???? I always believed in this company ... but no more .. their client service over the year was non existent ! So to obtain my ‘Legal Free Report’ I have to pay them R40.35 which they took ! How disgusting !!!???
