DISGUSTED with the PATHETIC SERVICE -Transunion Credit Bureau

I am extremely disappoint with the service. I have must have called Transunion Credit Bureau at least 6 time just to get a score rating. I was advised that I need to email proof of residence. I have done this twice and still the details are not updated. Its quiet frustrating to firstly wait for an agent to take my call and then advise details are not updated. Airtime is getting wasted calling Transunion Credit Bureau all the time. I have requested for a supervisor to call me and still have no response. I am DISGUSTED with the PATHETIC SERVICE. I hope to receive a call from Transunion Credit Bureau soon Gita Patel ***
