Disgusted at Transunion

I recently paid up the last 2 bad debts I had, paid up letters with me. My name should officially be clear but Transunion is not assisting me. I have been trying to get a hold of Transunion to get them to clear this off my record to no avail!!!They don't answer calls and when you finally get an operator they then give you a different no. to call- all of which lead to being disconnected!! I have emailed both letters to them only to get a reply saying they do not deal with email and I should call. This is now my 12th call in the last 2 hours! After 35min of being on hold, It disconnects mysteriously. Is this a ploy to keep people on the credit bureau???
