Disapproved loan due to judgement

Greetings. I have obtained a Loan from Blue Financial Services ( Vredenburg, Western Cape) which has been paid off long ago.However, there is still a judgement against my name which makes is very difficult for me to obtain a loan. Blue Financial Services also confirmed that I have NO outstanding debt with them.PLEASE HELP!!!
