Disappointing service

I keep getting notifications for queries done on my profile (WHICH I DON'T KNOW OF) - so technically, someone is trying to get credit using my details. I called Transunion in April about this, and they promised to call back with feedback but that never happened. This is really disappointing because I expect that my personal information is safe with such an organization.
