Disappointing experience

Very useless company with very rude consultants,they blocked my account,requested for proof of residence which I provided and they promised assistance within 5 working days still no assistance from them for something as mere as resetting my password and username oh when I tried to follow up on Friday the 22/10/2021 which was the 5th working day I was told to send the very same documents I had sent on the 16/10/2021 very appalling
