Disappointed- report not updated as it should

I never thought I would encounter such an issue with Transunion. my clearance certificate was sent through along with all paid up letters on 08/10/2020. when I contacted Transunion to confirm all updates are done Muriel email *** confirmed that it was and that all was good.

i gave it over a month before applying and was told by Nedbank that my Transunion credit report reflects as weak. I do not understand? i have fought with the other bureaus and they managed to have everything as well as my score updated.
