Default paid up, removed from name then placed back on name

I Clifton Felix had a default against my name at Transunion. On 30th May 2017, I settled and paid up everything that was against my name. On 20th June 2017 all defaults against my name was cleared on all records. Soon after I app**** for a home loan, and when a credit check was done on my name, they discovered that same default that was PAID UP and REMOVED from my name was put back on my name 05th July 2017. When contacting Transunion to query the reasons for this they said it's been escalated to the relevant people but there's nothing they can do and gave me no explanation to why it's back on my name and why they can't removed it. I've spoken to so many different people there, Vuyo, Janice etc, including the team leader Justine but they all refused to assist me. I call them over 40 times but NO HELP, NO EXPLANATION....NOTHING FROM THEM!!!

Now that this has taken place, I cannot get the approval to the home loan I app**** for or anything else!!! This is beyond unfair to me as I've paid up everything and my name was cleared!!

I find the staff at Transunion has NO INTEREST in helping me at all and EXTREMLY unfriendly!!! They show NO commitment to their jobs or helping people. I would like answers as to why this happened. Can someone get back to me asap.
