Deducting money without my consent

<p>I had a subscription TransUnion that expired three months ago. Since the service expired TransUnion has been deducting R40 from my account each month. When I call in to have the service cancelled and my money refunded, they tell me it's done. When I ask for a reference number for the call tgey tell me to use my ID number as a reference.</p>
