Declined credit

I ve logged a dispute with Transunion to remove the MBD account because it was affecting my score i didnt receive any feedback, i was declined a credit for a cellphone contrant at Telkom because of Transunion didnt close all my disputed account, and i have to pay to get a new credit score because Direct axis is not showing anything, i want to rebuild my credit score but i am declined credit because of Transunion.
