Debtreview flag to re removed

Ive logged query since from february sothat debt review flsg can be removed from my name ,debt counsellor sent clearance certificate and paid up letters i slso sent them the screenshot of dhs which they said its not updated but its updated when i call them they say i must call them after 48 hours its been escalated why is it so hard to get helped were everything its been sent
