Debt review status removal

The website is not user friendly, one logs a complaint and does not get a reference number, also when you call they take your cell phone number and one is, one is also unable to find out if documents sent via the website has been received and actioned. My TransUnion shows it was last updated in 2018??? I require an updated report with debt review status removed.
