Debt Review Status Removal

My Debt Counselor sent certified clearance certificate, copy of my ID, proof of residence, all paid up letters for accounts which were place under debt review, and screen shot for updated DHS system to Transunion. Debt counselor sent me the copy of email sent to all credit bureaus including this ****** *********** Transunion credit bureau company. Transunion reluctant to update /remove debt status. Received email from Joleen from Transunion asking for the documents which were already sent to Transunion by my Debt counselor and myself as well. I really want debt review status updated /REMOVED from my credit profile. I wish someone who is competent to do the job can see this and urgently update debt review status as my life is hold due this debt review status. Please Transunion stop employing *********** staff. I want to escalate you to NCR as well.
