Debt review status not updated

As a consumer I have a clearance certificate and am no longer over-indebted. I sent this letter to Transunion via dispute since February 2023 but my credit status has not been updated and shows I am still under debt review. Prio to that my debt review counselor sent the clearance certificate in September 2022
