Debt review flag still not removed after 5 years

Good Morning, hope you well. I dnt even know where to start. I have been complaining to the bureaus and the Ncr it's self. This is regarding the debt review flag... That how is it that it's more than 5 year but it's still reflecting on other bureaus. The flag is removed on 2 bureaus beside transunion. Ncr on the other hand is not helpful. I have been struggling me and my brother with transunion and xds not removing us from debt review whereas other bureaus has removed the flag... Can someone call me coz calling the customer care is ware of airtime and my energy. Am tired of this poor service I get. Please help am literally stuck on everything I wanna do because of this flag thing.
