Debt review flag removal

I contacted Transunioun earlier this year after I found out that my name is still flagged to be under debt review with them. They told me to request the debt counselor to send them an email with my clearance certificate and the screenshot of DHS. The debt counselor did that on the 8th of January and Transunion confirmed receipt of the email on the 9th of January.

I was told to do a follow up after 7-14 days on this and it's after 14 days and the issue is still not resolved. I had contacted NCR and all the other credit bureaus and they all confirmed that my name was cleared last year in March when the debt counselor sent through the required information to them.

I struggle to understand that Transunion are the only ones who seem to be not willing to have my name cleared. I notice that I am not the only one facing this kind of an issue with Transunion form the other reviews. I wonder what Transunion intentions are on doing this.
