Debt Review flag being put back on my profile without my knowledge.

I really do not think Transunion know what they are doing. I recently got my clearance certificate and my debt counselor sent it to all credit bureaus including transunion and also updated my NCR status. Last week on the 13th of June and 15th June I logged in to my profile on Transunion online I noticed that the debt review flag had been removed and I could view my credit score as I wasn't able to view while I still had debt review flag. On Monday the 18th of June when I logged on again I noticed that the debt review flag had been put it back on and I couldn't view my full profile, I called their call center and I spoke to a guy by the name of Themba I asked why has they put the debt review back on and he said he can see that it has been put on he is not sure why maybe my NCR status has not been updated, but on the email debt counselor sent to them did confirm that NCR status has been updated and I contacted NCR myself they also confirmed that I was cleared on the 28th of June. When I called again yesterday 20th of June I spoke to the lady who said she is not sure why this is reflecting on my profile but they will investigate I must forward the emails from the debt counselor again to their dispute email address. I am so annoyed because it's looks like they don't know what they are talking about, other credit bureaus updated my status with no issues.
