debt review flag

I was on debt review and paid off all my debt in march and my debt counselor sent me the clearance certificate which I forwarded to Transunion to update my credit which after 3 months all that was done and I was able to get credit and I even subscribed with Transunion so that I am able to view my credit report whenever I need to. recently when I requested my credit report the debt review flag was placed back and when I phone Transunion no one can help me and I have emailed all the paid up letters and a clearance certificate but no one gets back to me. I think this is very unfair as I have paid to have my credit report updated accordingly I really don't understand why the debt review flag is put back on my credit report cause I can not even view my credit score. please fix this asap!!! it is an inconvenience
