Debt Counselling de-listing

I was under debt review last year with Freedom Debt Relief (NCRDC2144) and after 3 months I had asked them to cancel it and de-list me. This was done on the 29/05/2014 and to my surprise my bank tells me I am still under debt review. My ID number is ***, please check what is going on as my business with Freedom Debt Relief (NCRDC2144) was cancelled last year already and they sent me documentation showing me the cancellation. I am struggling to buy a car now because of this mess up. Someone attend to this urgently as I even sent a query to your offices via email last week and all I got was the ticket number to follow up on the query and no other feedback. This is frustrating, seriously.
