DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND NOT PROVIDING ME WITH CREDIT REPORTS

I requested my credit report for April 2021 only and I received it and Transunion decided to continue debiting my account for May, June, July and I believe they will deduct for august as well without my permission. But i have never received any invoice for these months neither the credit reports. I've been trying to access my report via online without success. I submitted my id and proof of address more than 3 times they say its not clear but i scanned an original ID with color, why cant they zoom the document? Transunion needs to stop taking my money if they cant even provide me with the reports i never requested.
