Debiting Money without my consent

I have been debited R40 in Oct and Nov by Transunion but we have never had an agreement about this and I do not even know what in the world I am being debited for. Please kindly provide explanation for this and credit back my money. What in the world are you doing this for? Why is that R40 being debited?
