Debited every month but can't access my Score and Report

I have a monthly subsription that I am paying to veiw my credit score, and report. Lately I have been locked out of this. I am requested to purchase the products again. I have been calling and I am not getting any assistance. It is unfair that you are debiting me every month, but now I cannot access my details. I have never missed a single debit for this.
