Data breach free services in question

Received a mail just now that my data might have been affected by the recent data breach at Transunion. In the mail it states" We are offering a one year subscription of TrueIdentity free of charge. TrueIdentity gives people the information and tools to detect identity-related threats and if need be, a way to get help to recover from them. The TrueIdentity Voucher (details below) must be redeemed before 1 July 2022. When the free one year subscription to TrueIdentity lapses, we will provide you with a TrueCredit subscription until 31 December 2023. TrueCredit provides credit monitoring and credit alerts as well as monthly credit reports....."

Is teh TrueCredit subscription between the time the TrueIndentity lapse and 31 December 2023 paid for or not?

IN all instances you emtiond that the TrueIdentity is free, but not do for the TrueCredit after the TrueIdentity lapses.

So wondering if it is paid for or not? ALmost sounds like marketing scheme if I get the one for free, but the fine print is the other is paid for?
