dark web ,cybersecurity and *****ulent account from Telkom

A *****ulent account was loaded on mu credit report using dark web a so-called Telkom account to my surprise immediately my score went low but all along it was not updated. This people forget that they were all over the news regarding data breaching which means their systems are not protected enough against cybersecurity .The problem with all this nonsense is South African POPIA act is poorly constructed .I want the account to be removed with immediate effect and my score to be fixed
