Damage to my name on TransUnion

Pathetic updated information. Did RCS application through Builders and poorly rated and credit of only R3,000 approved??!! One purchase and suddenly my card blocked as information not matching... Upon ***** review on me at the Store, TransUnion asked me to confirm my previous address ... on their system was 10 years ago address! Asked for previous cellular number, gave it and when selecting it was a number also from 10 years ago! Updated my latest information with signatures and updating ID etc and account received from them still stating address from 10 years ago.

App**** through Rochester, approval on their system of R85,000 credit. Try to make purchase, now only able to buy for R3,000. When querying this informed that they only use TransUnion and my info still not matching there.

So how the heck do i purchase items on credit then??? Upon applying at Rochester
