Customer service non-existent

Customer service is basically non existent. Signing up for their products is easy enough but if you have questions about your report it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone. The online chat never seems to work and calling them on the phone always directs you to their website where you can’t lodge a query because that system keeps glitching.

My credit report with them says a credit provider has commenced legal proceedings against me but it also says that all my accounts are up to date. There’s no information on which credit provider that is and it’s affecting my score and any chances of being approved for vehicle finance. This is affecting my life and I have no way of getting through to them for clarity or any assistance.
