Credit score not cleared or updated after paying loans in full

I have recently paid 3 of my loans in full by setteling them and getting the paid up letters and everything. My problem here is that my credit report, status and score has not been updated and is reflecting negative on my behalf. This is completely unacceptable and poor service. Theu are quick to link negative scoring and accounts to your name but extremely slow to clearing it off your profile.
