Credit Score

I was on debt review and received clearance certificate on the 22 November 2023,till today my credit score is not fixed. I tried to call, they said need clearance certificate and DHS Screenshot I got that when to whom can I send this they say I can't do it myself but the debt counselor have to send that to them, the other credit bereaus didn't give a problem I have send all documents and my status is updated, I'm do disappointed because I'm their member I pay R499 per year but for what, I don't get any service from them.
