Credit score

Hi,I had a credit before I paid it off,they still didn’t clear my name or anything. Now I have credit with MrPrice,I have been paying monthly I’m sure now I owe like R234. But still they blacklisted me but I’m paying. It’s closing a lot of things I can’t open other accounts or even finance a car now
